Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field audits and safety inspections
• Develop and update HSE-related training programs
• Facilitate safety culture through mentoring and coaching
• Support management of work-related injury claims
• Collaborate on project-specific health and safety plans

Requirements:
• OH&S; certificate or diploma is mandatory
• 3-5 years’ experience in HSE advisory roles
• NCSO or CRSP designation beneficial
• Robust writing and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
