Thunderbird Partnership Foundation seeks a full time Trainer dedicated to Indigenous culture-based mental wellness training. This position may be hybrid or remote, allowing you to contribute significantly to First Nations healing efforts.
As a Trainer, your role is pivotal in delivering accredited training that embodies Thunderbird’s mission. You will be responsible for crafting educational content and ensuring its cultural relevance to engage diverse learning styles effectively. This role offers the chance to work within a passionate team dedicated to community health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver instructional training consistent with organizational goals
• Source and prepare educational materials for courses
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback
• Support development of dissemination strategies
• Engage actively in knowledge exchange initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant discipline
• Two years of training or educational experience
• Knowledge of First Nations traditions and ethical practices
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent MS Office and digital tool proficiency
