Key Responsibilities:



• Provide care from emergency to inpatient mental health units • Collaborate with psychiatrists and healthcare staff • Develop and implement patient care plans • Conduct ongoing assessments and coordinate discharge plans • Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements: • Current Registered Nurse registration in Ontario • Minimum 1-3 years in acute mental health settings • CNA Certification in Psychiatry preferred or in progress • Knowledge of Mental Health Act and DSM-V criteria • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
