As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for servicing assigned rooms while adhering to hotel procedures and standards. Previous experience in hotel cleaning or customer service is a plus, and you will be expected to communicate effectively with team members. Your role also includes maintaining the cleanliness of your work workplace and responding to requests promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and service guest rooms according to standards
• Provide genuine service and assistance to guests
• Maintain and replenish room attendant cart items
• Follow established safety procedures
• Update supervisor on cleaning progress and necessary repairs
Requirements:
• Previous hotel cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and time management skills
