As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in fostering customer relationships and improving satisfaction by providing tailored print solutions. Drive sales and collaborate with other team members to reach established goals. You will manage transactions and ensure efficient in-store print production and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer exceptional service and meet customer needs
• Manage transactions via the Point of Sale system
• Process customer orders for print services
• Ensure machines are well-stocked and orders are fulfilled
• Uphold merchandising and inventory control standards
Requirements:
• 3 months to 1 year retail experience is a plus
• Solid communication and customer engagement skills
