Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experiencedIndustrial Mechanic to join ourevening shift team.This is a permanent, full-time positionfrom Monday to Thursday, 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Whatyou'reresponsible for:

- Performpreventive maintenance, repairs, adjustments, alignments, and servicing of various equipment, including:
- Conveyor
- Grinder
- Shredder
- Vibrating table
- Hydraulic system
- Press

- Diagnose mechanical issues, breakdowns, and failures.
- Inspect for wear, repair, or replace defective parts,



components, or systems.
- Test repaired equipment to verify performance and ensure compliance.
- Assist in troubleshooting to improve equipment efficiency and functionality.
- Carry out installation and upgrades of new machines or equipment.
- Complete work orders and follow up as necessary.
- Ensure proper use and operation of company equipment.
- Inform the immediate supervisor of any required actions, detected issues, or time overruns.
- Maintain aclean and protected work environment.
- Work safely and in compliance withhealth & safety (SST) policies and company procedures.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Qualifications

To join our team:

- Strong experience in maintenance, repair, and adjustment of mechanical equipment such as conveyors, grinders, shredders, vibrating tables, hydraulic systems, and presses.
- Ability todiagnose mechanical issues, breakdowns, and failures , and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Skilled intesting repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with standards.
- Ability tocollaborate on problem-solving to improve equipment efficiency and functionality.
- Knowledge ofsafety protocols , including workplace cleanliness, compliance with health & safety (SST) regulations, and safe work practices.

- Evening schedule: Monday to Thursday, 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
