The ON-CHEC Operations Manager will guide a skilled team of cybersecurity analysts while partnering with the shared CISO. You will provide comprehensive strategic support to member institutions and shape the program's future development based on emerging threats and compliance needs. Your ability to foster relationships will be crucial in driving success and enhancing community resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a small team to achieve ON-CHEC program goals
• Deliver strategic cybersecurity support to member institutions
• Develop strong connections with educational stakeholders




• Act as a subject-matter expert in cybersecurity initiatives
• Guide the program evolution and capabilities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• Over 5 years working in IT with a focus on cybersecurity
• 2+ years in leadership or mentorship capacities
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP desired
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and tools
