This Accountant role reports to the Finance Manager and supports a team of over 20 finance professionals. You will engage in full-cycle accounting services, including preparing financial entries, analyzing variances, and compiling reporting structures. Your work will provide critical insights that influence budgeting and forecasting decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare prepaid and accrual entries for month-end
• Analyze and report financial information for stakeholders




• Manage payroll postings and accruals accurately
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reviews
• Support year-end audit preparation and documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Familiarity with accounting software preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of Canadian GAAP required
