SPP was created in 1986 and is a fully funded, capital accumulation plan created by the provincial government. SPP provides a professionally managed pension plan at low fees to individuals with little or no access to employer-sponsored pensions. The Opportunity
SPP, located in Kindersley SK, is seeking a highly organized, energetic, confident individual to provide senior administrative support to the CEO and Senior Director. This position is a full-time, permanent position located in Kindersley.
In this challenging position you will liaise with the Board of Trustees; schedule and organize meetings; compile, coordinate and review a wide array of correspondence, including letters, memorandums, briefings, tables and cabinet documents; research and compile background material. You will prioritize, redirect, and respond to inquiries and correspondence; develop and maintain operational and logging systems. An advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT applications would be an asset.
Candidates typically have a diploma or degree in office administration and/or related experience. Completion of the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) course is required.
