In this role, you will report directly to the Controller and focus on financial support for various construction projects. You will handle financial reporting, provide budget forecasts, and assist in managing the accounting team. Your analytical skills will ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and reporting, enabling informed operational decisions for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial reports and maintain dashboards
• Oversee monthly and annual account reconciliations
• Support financial reviews and cost reduction efforts




• Prepare job costing and facilitate AP/AR activities
• Assist with statutory filing and compliance requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant CPA designation
• Experience in the private construction sector valued
• Familiarity with Procore and PowerBI necessary
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
