You will perform account reconciliations, compile financial statements, and ensure appropriate sales tax management. The role demands attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, alongside adapting to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute bookkeeping and detailed account reconciliations
• Prepare and compile financial statements for the organization
• Manage the filing and payment of sales taxes accurately




• Support team members with various accounting tasks
• Engage in administrative work and project management

Requirements:
• Relevant accounting experience with a sound foundation
• Strong understanding of job costing and intercompany transactions
• Proficiency in utilizing QBO or Sage for accounting tasks
• Solid knowledge of GST/HST workings and additional PST
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
