high-impact interviews and align candidates to opportunities that match their skills and career goalsPrepare robust candidate submissions while guiding candidates through interview preparation, client interviews, and debrief discussionsManage end-to-end order fulfilment with accuracy and urgency to meet client needsMaintain timely, high-quality data within the applicant tracking system to support recruitment activitiesComplete reference checks and support candidate onboarding to ensure a seamless experience
The successful candidate brings: Proven recruitment experience supporting engineering and technical roles, with the resilience to navigate complex and competitive talent marketsA natural ability to engage, influence, and build trust; driven by curiosity, credibility, and persistence in long-cycle recruitment conversationsStrong activity discipline and personal accountability, with a track record of pushing through challenges to deliver high-performance resultsConfidence communicating with diverse audiences across industries and skill levels, even in high-pressure or ambiguous situationsHigh level of self-sufficiency and adaptability, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the grit to quickly learn new systems and toolsHands-on experience using ATS and/or CRM platforms to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum in fast-paced environments
