Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance of 700 acres of grounds and landscape
• Perform cleaning, laundry, and organization tasks within the residence
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with animal care and agricultural activities as needed
• Prepare for guest events and support during gatherings
Requirements:
• 6-9 years of relevant experience in property caretaking
• Hands-on experience with mechanical repairs and groundskeeping
• Proven housekeeping skills in private households
• Ability to manage responsibilities collaboratively
• Valid driver’s license for transportation and errands
