Transam Carriers is seeking a fleet-planning skilled to consolidate visibility across Concord, Ontario, and coordinate cross-border LTL and truckload moves. You will plan for the whole fleet, pre-emptively map the next moves, and work with dispatchers to ensure trusted execution of the global plan.
You will focus on reducing empty miles, optimizing utilization, and ensuring timely capacity across regions, with the ability to adapt as daily conditions change.
