The Opportunity
MedMe's US enterprise motion is scaling, and right now the founders are the ones carrying it, owning the post-signature relationship with our largest US accounts, scoping integrations directly with customer technical teams, and building the ROI case that turns a pilot into a full rollout. That's not sustainable as the account base grows.

We're hiring a Head of Strategic Accounts, US to take that on. You'll own US enterprise accounts from the moment the contract is signed, with pilot-to-expansion conversion as your primary mandate, absorbing the integration-scoping and ROI-level conversations that currently only happen with founders.

About MedMe Health
At MedMe, we are passionate about empowering pharmacists to provide services beyond just prescribing. Our mission is to build an all‑in‑one cloud‑based platform that enables pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. With over 4,500 pharmacies using our software, we've facilitated more than 25 million patient services, transforming pharmacies into community health hubs across North America.

What You’ll Do

Own the full post-signature relationship for MedMe's US enterprise accounts

Lead pilot-to-expansion conversion, turning initial pilot deployments into fully rolled-out enterprise engagements

Own integration-scoping conversations with customer technical and clinical stakeholders

Lead ROI-level conversations with economic buyers, quantifying and communicating the value MedMe delivers

Serve as the primary post-signature point of contact, taking day‑to‑day account ownership off the founders' plates

Partner with Product and Engineering on integration requirements and rollout sequencing

Build a repeatable playbook for pilot-to‑expansion conversion and account renewal

About You

Experience owning enterprise SaaS accounts post‑sale, ideally in health tech, healthcare IT, or another regulated industry

A track record of converting pilots into full‑scale deployments

Comfortable owning technical integration‑scoping conversations, translating between customer technical stakeholders and internal product/engineering teams

Strong quantitative and ROI storytelling skills, able to build and present a business case to economic buyers

Self‑directed and comfortable stepping into relationships currently owned by founders

Bonus: experience with pharmacy, health system, or clinical software enterprise sales

Success in This Role Looks Like

30 days: You're ramped on current pilot accounts and relationships, and you've started shadowing founder‑led integration and ROI conversations.

60 days: You're independently leading integration‑scoping and ROI conversations for at least one pilot account.

90 days: At least one pilot has converted to expansion, and the founders are meaningfully out of day‑to‑day account management.

Long‑term: You fully own the US enterprise post‑signature motion, with a repeatable pilot‑to‑expansion playbook the team can scale.
