Lead impactful fundraising initiatives as the National Director at Right To Play in Toronto, ON. This full-time role focuses on securing major donations, team leadership, and strategic revenue growth.

As the National Director, you will report to the Chief Development Officer and oversee a dedicated fundraising team. Your expertise in relationship management and strategic planning will help grow revenue from major donors, corporates, and foundations. Responsible for executing creative fundraising strategies, you'll ensure outstanding stewardship and donor experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fundraising team to meet annual revenue goals
• Secure major gifts and grants from various sources
• Oversee donor stewardship to ensure high quality experience




• Develop impactful fundraising campaigns and events
• Collaborate with Global Partnerships for grant management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master's preferred
• 10 years’ experience in fundraising or business development
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Strong leadership and communication skills
