As a Mental Health Counsellor, you will assess and engage with children and youth, enabling access to vital resources within the community. Key Responsibilities:
• Build comprehensive understanding of client strengths and challenges
• Link clients to community programs and resources




• Ensure documentation supports quality care and accountability
• Guide youth in resilience-building methods
• Collaborate for effective service delivery

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology
• Registered with BCCSW or alternate
• Minimum two years in community mental health services
• Proven skills in mental health assessment and planning
• Solid commitment to cultural safety
