As an HR Business Partner, you’ll offer expertise and guidance in human resources, focusing on employee relations, workplace investigations, and safety compliance. Your role will require interfacing with leadership and being the go-to for policy application and employee support. Collaboration with various departments will be key to enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide frontline HR support to leadership and employees
• Conduct investigations on employee relations issues
• Advise on health & safety compliance
• Facilitate employee education on regulations
• Foster relationships with internal and external HR partners

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources
• Three years of HR experience required
• Knowledge of federal and provincial employment laws
• Bilingual in English/French preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
