Join 123Dentist’s People and Culture team as an HR Acquisition Integration Analyst. This role requires a keen understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management in a full-time position.

As the primary HR lead for newly acquired dental practices, you'll play a crucial role in seamlessly integrating these entities into the 123Dentist network. Your responsibilities will encompass reviewing payroll practices, benefits, and developing transition plans to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You'll work closely with multiple departments to facilitate a positive employee experience during this important process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all HR activities for newly acquired dental practices
• Review and identify gaps in payroll and perks integration




• Create and implement transition plans for new teams
• Onboard employees into HR systems and ensure data integrity
• Address employee lifecycle needs, including leaves and changes

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 3 years of HR operational experience
• Experience with acquisitions and integrations preferred
• Knowledge of employee leave administration is an asset
• Fluency in English and French is strongly preferred
