Key Responsibilities:
• Manage directors' schedules and travel arrangements
• Screen and respond to incoming communications
• Draft documents, spreadsheets,
and presentations
• Attend meetings and distribute materials accordingly
• File and retrieve documents per Records Management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of executive administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective communication and judgment skills
• Indigenous organization experience preferred
