Key Responsibilities:
• Process medication orders through Meditech system
• Attend clinical rounds to support patient care




• Review and assess medication profiles thoroughly

• Track and manage adverse medication events

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Ontario College of Pharmacists Registration
• Experience in a hospital environment desired
• Ability to multitask and work under stress
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
