What you’ll do: Prepare and analyze financial data, including journal entries, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations, while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, Enterprise Finance Policy, and SOX controls.
Manage consignment inventory accounting processes, including vendor reconciliations, inventory balancing across systems, and timely resolution of discrepancies and mailbox inquiries.
Oversee the allocation of freight, storage, and markdown expenses, and develop reporting that provides meaningful insights for business decision‑making.
Design and improve reconciliation templates, reporting, and data extraction processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
Partner with stakeholders to investigate issues, provide data‑driven recommendations, and support continuous process improvements.
Leverage strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and financial systems knowledge (Oracle and RMS are assets) while contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, and celebrating success together.
What we’re looking for: 1+ years of experience understanding controls, performing routine reconciliations, and variance analysis
Intermediate MS Excel skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Post‑secondary degree, preferably in Accounting
Second‑year CPA program
Familiarity with SQL and Oracle Cloud is an asset
