What You’ll Need Red Seal Certificate
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and potentially physical fitness testing




Valid drivers licence and clean abstract
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Experience working independently in field service environments
Ability to safely lift, carry, and work around heavy equipment
Understanding of diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
What Will Make You Stand Out Deep understanding of the diverse cultures and histories of local Indigenous communities
Experience applying Indigenous knowledge in a skilled setting
Knowledge of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada (TRC) Calls to Action
