As a vital member of the Manufacturing Operations team at Litens, the Process Engineer will focus on creating, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes that meet or exceed established KPIs. This role requires collaboration with diverse teams to ensure all documentation and process changes align with company standards while fostering a supportive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and maintain process performance against business KPIs
• Complete APQP, PPAP, and Tool Trial deliverables accurately
• Maintain action lists to track resolution of open issues




• Participate in Machine/Process Design Review meetings
• Update process documentation, including layouts and standards

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience in process planning and tooling design
• Proficient in CAD layout and Excel
