Full-Time Junior Accountant based out of our Little Italy Location 10878 95 St NW Edmonton, Ab. This is a Hybrid role that would require travel to our Edmonton and Sherwood Park Locations.

Join our team as a Junior Accountant!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Accountant to support our Finance team. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, supporting month-end activities, and helping ensure the smooth operation of our business.

What You'll Do

Process accounts payable, invoices, EFTs, and cheque payments.

Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.

Assist with audits and year-end working papers.

Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.

Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.

Build positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers.





Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Accounting, Business, or Finance is an asset.

Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.

Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Sage experience is considered an asset.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
