Job Description
Trailtech Inc. is hiring an experienced Fabrication Welder for our Gravelbourg shop. This position is best suited for a skilled welder who can work independently, produce quality welds, and handle full fabrication duties.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding

Fabricate metal components from drawings and measurements

Cut, fit, weld, and finish parts

Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, oxy-acetylene cutting equipment, hand plasma cutter, and welding machines

Operate overhead cranes safely

Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

510 years of fabrication welding experience required

Robust MIG welding skills required

Experience with fabrication shop equipment

Ability to read and interpret drawings

Overhead crane experience

Strong attention to detail and safety

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Proof of eligibility to work in Canada is required

Work Conditions

Shop-based fabrication environment

Lifting up to 50 lbs

Standing for extended periods
