Job Description As a member of the ICT Project Management team, the Project Coordinatoris responsible forproviding support in all project activities related to theselectionand implementation of information systems and technologythat are part of Halton Healthcare’sDigital Roadmap. These projects and systems willallow us to reach the next Digital Horizonfor our patients, staff,physiciansand volunteers. This will be a key role thatprovides coordination,communication,and control functions in the delivery ofbothprojects and portfolio strategy.
Working under the direction of the Senior Project Manager - ICT, this position will conduct project managementcoordination, and some technicalactivities including,but not limited to:
Develops strong relationships with stakeholdersin order tounderstand their current environment and tofacilitatemovement towards a common future vision.
Facilitates group discussions during meetings to support the group through analyzing current workflow, designing, developing,testingand implementing solutions to achieve project goals.
Identifiesand documents project risks,



develops relevant mitigation strategies, and works with the project team to proactively resolve issues/barriers
Takesappropriate actionto keep the project on track as it relates to scope and schedule, including monitoring and escalating asappropriate.
Develops and presents materials for review using strong written, verbal, and graphical communication skills with the ability to express moderately complex concepts effectively. Regularly reports progress to key stakeholders through status reports and presentations.
Works on low-to-moderate complexity problems independently, or moderate to complex problems with the support of a Project Manager/Sr.ProjectManager/and makes recommendations to staff and clinicians to support the development of innovative and creative solutions.
Demonstrates quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including the collection, analysis,and distribution ofPMOdataandstatistics.
Utilizes project and office software with a high degree ofproficiency .
Creates and Implements Tools to improve work processes/meet project goals.
Qualifications Bachelorsdegree in Business or Health Administration, Health informatics, industrial engineering, computer engineering, business, or related fieldrequired
Project management Certificate, CAPM certification or equivalent required
1-2 years health care industry experience preferred
1-2 years of project management team experiencerequired(across any industry)or relevant project management certificate/diploma in lieu of experience
Project Planning,managementand implementation experiencedrequired
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Competent in Microsoft office applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPointand basic Excel
Experience with process mapping tools (MS Visio or similar)
Experience with MS Project, JIRA, or other similar project management software




Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Exercise initiative and valuable judgment with the ability to multitask
Proficient in drafting detailed presentations and delivering them effectively to various stakeholders
Additional Information Status: Permanent Full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7.5 hour day shifts; 0800-1600 (Hours are subject to change based on operational needs)
Salary: $40.323 to $50.391 per hour
