Lead transformative youth programs as the Program Manager for the Youth Education & Violence Prevention Hub at YWCA. This full time position focuses on creating trauma-informed, culturally responsive programming for diverse youth communities.

As the Program Manager at the YWCA, you will oversee the Youth Education & Violence Prevention Hub, ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will collaborate with the Associate Director to implement impactful youth programming, monitor outcomes, and respond effectively to community needs, all while fostering partnerships with schools and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of YEVP Hub programs
• Design and implement continuous program evaluations




• Ensure compliance with funder deliverables and standards
• Supervise front-line staff and facilitate workshops
• Manage budgets and maintain program documentation

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in program management with youth
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Trauma-informed and culturally inclusive expertise
• Strong supervisory and communication skills
• Experience in violence prevention programming
