Sensity is a leader in providing Intervenor Services and is looking for a dedicated Intervenor. This full time position involves flexible shifts, focusing on empowering clients with dual sensory impairments. You will implement various daily support methods and communication techniques to enrich their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals in personal care and life skills
• Utilize communication strategies for effective interactions
• Promote success in daily activities and volunteerism
• Ensure comprehensive care through documentation
• Support program development and individual goal setting
Requirements:
• Completion of a college diploma related to human services
• Experience with challenging behaviors and developmental disabilities
• Proficiency in communication via ASL or SEE
• Clean driver's abstract and valid Class G license required
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
