This role is vital for assisting organizations in developing and implementing effective strategies related to talent management, organizational design, change management, and workforce planning. You will partner with clients to build high-performing teams and foster positive workplace cultures that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive human capital strategies, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Advise clients on organizational design, job grading, and competency frameworks.
Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformations and ensure smooth transitions.
Conduct workforce planning analysis to align talent with strategic business needs.
Develop and implement performance management systems and compensation strategies.
Provide expertise on employee engagement, culture assessment,



and leadership development programs for clients in Kimberley .
Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources consulting or a strategic HR role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent management, organizational development, and change management principles.
Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with diverse clients and understanding the nuances of the Northern Cape business environment in Kimberley .
