Provide exceptional care as a Registered Nurse in the Stroke Unit at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. This part-time role focuses on the rehabilitation of patients recovering from strokes.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be part of a dedicated team at RVH, where you’ll play an essential role in the delivery of patient-centered care. You will leverage your nursing knowledge to address acute care needs and facilitate rehabilitation. The position requires a current nursing registration, BCLS certification, and a dedication to quality improvement and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient conditions in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families about recovery processes




• Utilize clinical pathways to create individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care activities

Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Registration from CNO
• Current BCLS certification
• Additional certifications as necessary for department
• Active membership in a nursing service association
• Robust organizational and communication abilities
