Thames Valley Family Health Team is hiring a Patient Care Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary team. The position will be located in office in St. Thomas and may require some evening hours as part of our health-and-safety policies.
You will support patient care, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate with physicians, nurses, and patients using EMR systems. A post-secondary medical assistant diploma and excellent communication are preferred; valid transport and SIN may be required.
