As an integral part of the lab team, you will perform a range of testing and analysis for patient care, following established policies for result reporting. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including night shifts and being on-call, with potential in office accommodations for such shifts. You'll contribute significantly to patient diagnostics and treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and test various laboratory samples daily
• Analyze test results and document findings accurately
• Comply with APL/AHS privacy policies and procedures




• Engage in teamwork with the lab's interdisciplinary staff
• Maintain strict confidentiality protocols

Requirements:
• Accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program completion
• Active CMLTA practice permit preferred
• 1 year experience in Hematology and Chemistry required
• Phlebotomy experience necessary within the last 5 years
• Familiarity with Transfusion Medicine is favorable
