Take the stage as a Level 2 Child Care Educator at YMCA of Northern Alberta and elevate the learning experiences of children aged 0-12. You'll provide high-quality programming that guides their growth every day.

Your role is central to fostering each child's cognitive and emotional development through vibrant and well-planned activities. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a secure and inclusive environment while observing and documenting children's behaviors to tailor their learning experiences. Daily communication with parents is essential to keep them updated.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
• Document observations for supporting individualized growth
• Ensure safety measures are followed




• Build rapport with parents through consistent communication
• Complete necessary administrative paperwork

Requirements:
• Preferred experience with children
• Level 2 Child Care Certification or working towards it
• Current Standard First Aid & CPR - C certification
• Successful completion of Police Information Check
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications
