As a Coordinator, Railcar Maintenance youll:
Coordinate railcar maintenance activities to support fleet reliability and availability.
Monitor and track bad-order railcars, maintenance requirements, repair status, and fleet activity using operational systems and reporting tools.
Coordinate maintenance priorities and work progress with railways, maintenance facilities, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
Support railcar movement and billing activities related to maintenance, repair, and refurbishment programs.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support planning, compliance, and decision-making.
Monitor work completion, follow up on outstanding activities, and support timely issue resolution.
Escalate issues that may impact fleet availability, maintenance performance, or operational objectives.
You’ll bring:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
Operations, or Engineering, with three to five years of related experience.
Experience working in a safety-sensitive, industrial, or transportation environment is considered an asset.
Ability to travel and work non-traditional business hours as required.
