Brock Community Health Centre (Brock CHC) in Ontario is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary health care within a rural community. You will manage your own patient panel, collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, and focus on prevention, education and equitable access to care.
Required are an NP program, CN Ontario Extended Class, and a master’s degree in nursing with experience in community health; EMR proficiency and solid time-management
