The Controller is a strategic role directly reporting to the VP of Finance. This position involves strong accounting experience to manage cash flow planning, financial analyses, and internal controls. Collaborate closely with department heads and external partners, while leading a small team to ensure operational compliance and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies
• Lead budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis
• Supervise and develop accounting team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years in a controller or similar role
• Strong financial reporting and budgeting expertise
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Bilingual in French and English
