Oak Valley Health in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join the Interdisciplinary Health Care Team. You will provide patient care across hospital units, including the Emergency Department, and develop care and education plans in collaboration with the IDHCT.
You will lead with clinical expertise, participate in program development, and support care across Oak Valley Health sites, including RCC. A two-year RPN diploma and current Ontario registration are required.
