What we expect from youOperations Support Establish, monitor, and maintain process standards to ensure efficiency, quality, and environmental performance. Diagnose process deviations, analyze their causes, and recommend innovative solutions. Implement industry best practices. Engineering Projects Propose process concepts and develop flow diagrams. Perform mass balances (using simulation software). Sizing equipment, pumps, piping, and control systems. Participate in the installation and commissioning of new processes. Research & Development Conduct process tests, studies, and characterizations. Evaluate equipment efficiency and adjust operating conditions. Supervise testing of new technologies and equipment.
