Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Install, test, and calibrate new equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications .
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Experience with PLCs and automated systems is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.
