Key Responsibilities:
• Install and repair energy management systems and HVAC equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance on control systems
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic and pneumatic controls
• Monitor alarms within energy management systems
• Collaborate with maintenance supervisors for productive operations
Requirements:
• Grade 12 High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in building controls or related trade
• Experience with building automation systems (preferably BACNet)
• Valid Nova Scotia driver’s license
• Physical aptitude for maintenance tasks
