We’re seeking an experienced Events Specialist to lead the planning and execution of sophisticated corporate and client-facing events from concept through completion. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with precision and enjoys delivering elevated experiences in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments.What You’ll Be DoingPlan, manage, and execute a wide range of corporate, executive, client‑facing, and bespoke eventsOwn events end‑to‑end, including:Event strategy and planningVenue sourcingVendor managementBudget trackingGuest experienceRun‑of‑show developmentOn‑site coordinationPost‑event reporting and evaluationDeliver polished, high‑calibre experiences that reflect professionalism, attention to detail, and premium executionCoordinate with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless deliveryManage multiple events and timelines simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization and communicationSupport branded experiences including executive dinners, networking receptions, conferences, launches, retreats, VIP experiences, and thought leadership eventsAnticipate challenges proactively and troubleshoot effectively in real timeEnsure all event materials, communications, and experiences align with brand standards and audience expectationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with venues, suppliers,
