Parking companies rely on us to reach recent customers while optimizing their business.Senior Product Manager, Acquisition The Senior Product Manager, Acquisition is responsible for identifying and executing on the highest‑leverage opportunities to bring current drivers to SpotHero. You will own the acquisition roadmap end‑to‑end across our top‑of‑funnel, turning first impressions into a first booking. The role covers every place a driver could discover SpotHero before they have heard of us, including SEO, landing pages, search funnel experiences, and partner distribution channels such as white‑label or co‑branded landing pages and widgets.What You’ll DoDrive 3‑5 year strategy: lead the development of long‑term product visions that move SpotHero’s current offerings into new and exciting places.Product growth and expansion: balance continued growth in areas with proven product‑market fit while identifying and developing new product opportunities.Lead high‑visibility initiatives: own high‑risk, high‑reward strategic bets such as major partner integrations or transformative marketplace shifts.New product innovation: facilitate discovery for unmet market opportunities and lead the high‑growth phase of existing and new products, validating hypotheses through rapid prototyping and experimentation.Influence without authority: serve as a peer‑coach to fellow PMs, improving the organization’s product craft, documentation standards, and discovery methodologies.Executive evangelism: act as the primary product voice for your offerings,
translating complex technical roadmaps into clear business‑impact stories.Who You AreStrategic architect who finds clarity in ambiguity and maps short‑term and long‑term roadmaps that anticipate market shifts.Master of discovery who leads with design thinking, runs workshops, interviews customers, and uses generative research to eliminate bad ideas early.Prioritizes business impact: evaluates business value and costs, applying analysis to ideas from the team and stakeholder requests.Systems thinker who understands the interlocking nature of a two‑sided marketplace.Manages complexity, making good calls with incomplete information and acting decisively when appropriate.Mission‑driven: defines and tracks success metrics aligned with company mission, prioritizing high‑impact outcomes.Global mindset, seeing how contributions of a single initiative enable success company‑wide.Relationship builder, investing in high‑level relationships with executive leadership and external partners.What You Bring5+ years of product‑management experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling consumer‑side marketplace or ecommerce products.Hands‑on experience with landing page and search funnels, and strong grasp of technical SEO (site architecture, schema, performance).Expert experimentation skills: deep experience with A/B testing platforms (e.G., Optimizely), product analytics (Mixpanel, Looker), and behavioral research.Deep analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode) or SQL.Technical fluency, comfortable with APIs and complex system architectures,
