Northstar Access is seeking Scaffold Erectors (Apprentices 1-8) to fabricate and erect metal and steel scaffold structures. Collaborating with different crafts on site, you will track materials, verify design requirements, and ensure daily scaffolding inspections. Joining the United Brotherhood of Carpenters is a requirement of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and erect temporary work support structures
• Track material inventory for scaffold usage
• Verify designs from drawings and adjust materials
• Conduct daily inspections of scaffold safety
• Mentor apprentices and ensure their understanding

Requirements:
• High school diploma or in progress
• Certified Journeyman or equivalent experience
• Training in confined spaces and fall arrest preferred
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices
• Strong physical ability to work at heights
