Pharmasave Ladysmith is looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to enhance our team. In this full-time role, you will utilize your expertise to process prescriptions, manage insurance claims, and assist patients with their medication needs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and adjudicate prescriptions to third party insurance
• Check blister packs and refill medication accurately
• Fill and dispense prescriptions with attention to detail
• Assist patients with medication pickups and inquiries
• Handle customer requests via phone and in-store
Requirements:
• Licensed with BC College of Pharmacists
• Minimum 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in data entry and computer use
• Customer service experience required
