Role Summary:
We are seeking Journeymen Electricians and Apprentices 3rd and 4th Year to join our team on a variety of commercial, residential, and solar construction projects in REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN. The Electrical Apprentice will have relevant commercial, and or residential experience and be committed to delivering safe, high-quality work that meets and exceeds client expectations. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a positive work ethic, and a steadfast commitment to safety and quality on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Journeyperson Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of commercial, residential, and solar electrical systems.
Install conduit, cable tray, wiring, electrical devices, lighting systems, panels, and associated equipment.
Support the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including racking, modules, inverters, and related electrical components.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Perform equipment terminations, testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks as directed.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC), company procedures, and applicable safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized,
and safe work environment at all times.
Work effectively with team members, clients, and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Registered Journeyperson Electrician in good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory body, or
Registered 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice with the applicable provincial regulatory body
Working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC)
Experience in commercial, residential, and/or solar electrical installations is considered an asset
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
Fall Protection, Standard First Aid/CPR, and AWP/EWPcertifications are preferred but not required
Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as required to meet project schedules
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work in a variety of environments, including new construction sites, finished residential homes, commercial buildings,
outdoor conditions, and at heights when required
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision when needed
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $31.88- $42.50, commensurate with experience and certification
Overtime opportunities paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate
