As an Assisted Living Supervisor, you provide hands-on leadership in the assisted living neighborhood, supporting daily operations while delivering high-quality resident care.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise and support assisted living team members

Provide direct resident care and champion the Resident-Centered Care model

Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily task assignments

Review timekeeping and support payroll accuracy

Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families

Support development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)

Partner with Activities and Dining to enhance resident engagement

Participate in Crossover meetings to ensure smooth communication

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and Sunrise standards

Promote safety, infection control, and risk management practices

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare

Prior supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment

Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and care systems)

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Pay Range:
23.75 - 29.75
