Become a key part of Richard McKenzie Insurance as an Autopac and Personal Lines Support Specialist in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Assist clients with transactions, provide tailored insurance solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.

This role requires solid customer service skills, ideally from the insurance sector, while supporting AutoPac and Personal Lines. You will engage with clients, facilitate renewals, and offer crucial product information. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help ensure clients receive the right coverage for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist AutoPac customers with transactions and inquiries
• Provide clear product and service information
• Quote and sell Travel Health Insurance policies




• Maintain MPI and office inventory properly
• Support administrative functions within the Personal Lines department

Requirements:
• Customer service experience in insurance preferred
• Level 1 insurance license or completion of Fundamentals of Insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Experience with Applied Epic and/or MPI IWS is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
