As a Field Service Operations Manager, you will oversee the effective functioning of one service shop. This role entails hiring and training Field Service Technicians and supporting staff while monitoring performance. You will also ensure adherence to safety standards and implement procedural changes as directed by the Continuous Improvement team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage facility expenses and financial audits
• Hire and mentor a small team of service professionals
• Oversee inventory management and controls
• Ensure compliance with all service procedures
• Develop and monitor performance metrics for service quality

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• At least ten years of relevant experience in the field
• In-depth knowledge of field service operations
• Solid leadership and coaching abilities
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds
