Become a Community Support Worker at New Age Services and support adults with disabilities. Help promote independence and community inclusion with hands-on care and engagement.

In this full-time, structured role, you will provide support for daily living and help individuals reach personal goals in a nurturing environment. Your responsibilities will include offering emotional and behavioural support using harm reduction principles while keeping detailed documentation of client progress. Attend community activities to enhance their quality of life and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals with daily living activities
• Offer emotional and personal care support
• Facilitate community inclusion and independence




• Attend community events and appointments with clients
• Follow individual support plans and complete documentation

Requirements:
• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Reliable vehicle with $2M liability insurance required
• Experience in mental health or disability support preferred
• Knowledge of Harm Reduction strategies preferred
• Current First Aid/CPR certifications valued
